Established in 2003, Jiangsu Jiangnan Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive civilian enterprise. By adopting the moderately multi-strategy, the company has its businesses in metallurgy, steel, construction ornaments, mechanical processing and other fields.

At present, the company boasts 9 subsidiaries, with total capital over RMB 2 billion, covering an area of 0.315 million square kilometers and construction area of 0.125 million square kilometers, and has around 4,500 employees. In 2005, its sales value has reached RMB 2.3 billion, paid taxes of RMB 0.26 billion, with the profits of RMB 0.2 billion.

In July 2003, Jiangsu Jiangnan Industrial Group Co., Ltd. invested RMB 1 billion to establish Jiangsu Jiangnan Cold-Rolled Sheets Co., Ltd., covering an area of 108 mu and construction area of 25,000 square meters. It attaches great importance to environmental protection, extension of green production and aims to create green Jiangnan. The greenery coverage in the factory has accounted for 40%, thus it is a modern environment-friendly company.

Moreover, it has introduced a push-pull acid picking line from Wuhan Iron and Steel Research and Design Institute, a 6-Hi single strand reversal cold mill from Mitsubishi in Japan, and a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line and galvaluming line from SPCO in Japan. The main products are galvanized and galvalumed steel coils of commercial, forming, deep drawing and structural quality, with the annual manufacturing capacity of 0.4 million metric tons.

The major equipment are made through latest Japanese technology, meanwhile it has hired relevant experts to provide specific guidance for the product design, manufacture, sale and modern management. In addition, the company often carries out comprehensive training and technical cultivation for all the competent staff, so as to ensure the first class products are manufactured through top equipment, technology, talents and management.
